Steve and Tjara met at work and when a number of years later Steve proposed, he re-enacted their first date. They played Putt Putt, then a walk through New Farm Park, onto Watt Modern Dining for lunch and a proposal! Followed by a ride on the Wheel of Brisbane, Icecream at Freestyle then celebratory champagne with Steve’s parents. Their wedding day was beautiful with the boys being relaxed and Tjara looking stunning in her off the shoulder dress. The ceremony and reception were both held overlooking the Brisbane River at Eves on the River at Teneriffe. Here is a small snapshot of their day.

Advice for other brides: Excel spreadsheets were my saviour. Also have someone take a photo of you from all angles before you leave for the ceremony (as you can’t see everything) – then you can make any last minute adjustments to your hair/dress/veil etc.
Testimonial about using Christopher Thomas Photography: “Chris was fantastic right from the very first call – he explained everything upfront and has a really great eye for detail. On the day Chris really captured the feel of the day and our family and friends loved the way they interacted with everyone. The images are outstanding, and he is really professional, yet made us feel so relaxed leading up to, and during the day.”
Thanks Steve and Tjara – we had a fantastic day!
