Jasmine and Grant met at the Australian Defence Force Academy in Canberra when they were in the same Division in their first year. Jasmine was living in Newcastle and Grant was living in Brisbane at the time due to military postings. Jasmine flew to Brisbane one weekend as our house was settling and we were moving all of our things in. After we received the keys from the real estate agent, we went inside, Grant led me to our master bedroom and there I found him on one knee. Jasmine and Grant celebrated their wedding at St Mary’s Kangaroo Point and then at The Summit Restaurant, Mt Coot-tha. Grant’s dad drove his vintage car all the way from Canberra to be used as a wedding car for Jasmine and Grant’s special day. Their advice to other couples getting married is to try and enjoy every second of the day. Now and then take a look around at everyone who is there to celebrate with you and has put a lot of effort to make the day a success! Jasmine and Grant’s favourite wedding moment was their first dance to Etta James ‘At Last’.
Testimonial about using Christopher Thomas Photography: We couldn’t have asked for a more professional, organised, calm and fun couple! Chris and Michelle did an absolutely amazing job, we had a blast with them! After the bridal photos were all complete, they blended into the crowd splendidly, we hardly noticed that they were there! The photos are to die for and we have no hesitation recommending them to anyone! Thank you so much for everything 🙂
